"I had a phone appointment with Amanda about changing coverage on my insurance. I have my auto and home coverage with State Farm. I've been with State Farm since 2008. I had a gazillion questions for her (I know little about insurance) . Amanda was very pleasant and personable with me concerning each and every question.
